At Foockey, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your notebook, you may do so under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- The notebook must be returned in its original packaging, including the transparent polywrap, which should remain unopened and intact.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the polywrap has been opened, as this may lead to damage such as bent corners, removed pages, or altered product quality.

Return & Exchange Process
- If the notebook packaging is unopened and the product is in its original condition, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process.

Refund Policy
- Upon receiving the returned notebook and confirming its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Please note that Foockey reserves the right to decline any return or exchange requests if the notebook's packaging has been opened or if the product is found to be damaged.
