Cancellation
At Foockey, we aim to process and ship your orders promptly. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations may be necessary. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:
1. Cancellation Before Shipping
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order details at:
Email:customer@foockey.com - Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product by following our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Automatic Order Cancellation
- Unsuccessful Payment: If your online payment is unsuccessful, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Suspicious Activity: Foockey reserves the right to cancel orders if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
- Stock Unavailability: In the rare event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled before the product is shipped by contacting us.
- If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery, Foockey reserves the right to refuse future COD orders for that customer.
5. How to Check Order Status
- You can track the status of your order using the tracking information sent to your email upon shipment. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us.
