At Foockey, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and refunds, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange
•⁠  ⁠You can return or exchange your notebook if it is in its original, unopened packaging. This includes the transparent polywrap, which must be intact.
•⁠  Opened or damaged products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for notebooks if the poly-wrap has been opened, as this may result in damage, such as bent corners, removed pages, or any alteration to the product quality.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
•⁠  ⁠If your notebook remains in its original, unopened packaging, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
•⁠  ⁠To start the return or exchange process, please reach out to our customer support team at customer@foockey.com or use our website's chat feature.
•⁠  ⁠We will provide you with further instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Refund Process
•⁠  ⁠Once we receive the returned notebook and verify that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
•⁠  ⁠The refund will be made to the original payment method you used at checkout. If you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), we will coordinate with you to process the refund via bank transfer or another convenient method.

Important Notes
•⁠  ⁠Foockey reserves the right to decline any return or exchange requests if the notebook's packaging has been opened or if the product is damaged.
•⁠  ⁠The cost of shipping the product back for return will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received was incorrect or damaged during transit.
